I have owned this property for years and my home existed before 1970. The sewer line was installed . . . . . . . . , 198 and became operative on 1.98 I was told that the cost would be $ 92.5.00 because 7 did not tie in within three years of construction of the sewer line. The line was installed about four years ago, however, I did not receive notice that 1had three years to tie in or be forced to pay a higher foe. I would v..ppreciate your consi.der-ation of my request to be relieved of the obligation to pay a fee of $ 925.00 but instead to pay the fee which was in effect, $ 300.00.
