This section states that plans shall be designed by an architect of engineer licensed by the state to practice as such. The work proposed in this project does not fall under the limits of tae exceptions stated for this requirement. Structural elements, primarily the second floor design, are part of the submitted W.an, and require architect or engineer assigning.
