I hn.e received an application from you for a permit to install a
rrivate storm drain line along the north property line of your above
referenced property.
You have previously discussed this matter with a Mr. Mike Mills of
the City ingineari,'ig Department, who has given me much of my infor-
mation.
There are two points that have previously been discussed with you
or your property manager that are in need of attenti-.3.,.
The first point, to the possibility the propopol line is in fact going
to be installed on the adjacent property. Wh .ch is accel.,table as long
1 as the owner gives written permission to you to do so (a copy of which
needs to be s«bmitted to this office) . Thia is based on F. convjrsation
Mr. Mills had with your property manager McEvoy.
The second point, is you will be required to obtain a permit from the
State Highway Department for a small portion of the line that will be
installed in the public right of way and for connection to the public
storm drain line. The Highway Department can be contacted at 229-5002
There is also the matter of the perm}.t fee, which comes to a total of
$31.51. The check you submitted with your letter of application has
been crcli.ted towards the permit, however there is a balance due of
$6.50. y'
