t!-e above site, and removing the abandoned car. It is n.y under standing that
the two remaining vehicles at the rear of the building are owned by your
tenant. So long as they do not become a nuisance, it will be acceptable to
leave them where they are.

You are the owner or person resporsible for the property at 10505 SW Hall alvd.
You may be unaware of this ordinance and how it relates to a problem on this
property. I am writing to ask your help gaining a resolution.
Section 7.40.120 SCATTERING RUBBISH states "No nernon shall deponit upon
public or private property any kind of rubbish, trash, detiri.s, refuse, or any
substance that would war the appearance, create a stench or fire hazard,
distract from the cleanliness or safety of the property, or would be likely to
Injure a person, animal, or vehicle traveling upon a ;-mblic way".
The problem(s) on your property is/are as follows: A large pile of concrete
block and other debris, bags of garbage, the remai a of a foundation fry-,n a
demolished building, three apparently abandoned vehicles. I am asking your
assistance in correcting this by October 24, 1990 in the following manner.:
Remove all of the rubbish and foundation, fill _n the hole of the foundation
and remove the cars from the site.
If this time limit is not enough pleases contact me to discuss an extension.
Your signing a Voluntary Compliance Agreement would extend the date for a
resolution.
If you wish more information please contact me at 639-4171, between 6:00am and
5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

I was notified by the Tigard Building Department tnat: F► aerv_ice station was
demolished at the Hall Street address without 4hereq_uird permit bpi ng applied
for organted._Also, a 'STOP WORK' order-was posted on JULY 13, 1990. You
may not be aware this is in conflict with Uniform Buil.dinq Code 1301 (a).
This code states: -_wo_building or structure regulated brLthis code shall be der-
polished unless a smrate permit for each building has been obtained. This_
applies to the rmoval of any storage tanks, capping_of existing sewer lines._
etc.
