Section 7.40.120 SCATTERING RUBBISH states "No nernon shall deponit upon public or private property any kind of rubbish, trash, detiri.s, refuse, or any substance that would war the appearance, create a stench or fire hazard, distract from the cleanliness or safety of the property, or would be likely to Injure a person, animal, or vehicle traveling upon a ;-mblic way". The problem(s) on your property is/are as follows: A large pile of concrete block and other debris, bags of garbage, the remai a of a foundation fry-,n a demolished building, three apparently abandoned vehicles. I am asking your assistance in correcting this by October 24, 1990 in the following manner.: Remove all of the rubbish and foundation, fill _n the hole of the foundation and remove the cars from the site. If this time limit is not enough pleases contact me to discuss an extension. Your signing a Voluntary Compliance Agreement would extend the date for a resolution.
