sanitary sew.�r to your property.
For a property to be considered as having sewer available, it would have to be within
300 feet of(from any property line) an accessible public sanitary sewer. The term
"accessible" means a gravity flow line ca-i be provided, and in the case of a line
requiring access across another tax lot, a permanent utility easement must be granted by
tte adjoining praperty owner.
