CONCLUSION:
Using the slightly roof area to compute the required on-site facility(0.06 acres)the calculations show

PRELIMINARY DRAINAGE REPORT

Narrative:
The subject property is on the west side of SW 79th Avenue in Tigard, Oregon. The site slopes
away from the street at approximately 5%to the east. There is one existing older house in the
northwesterly corner. The USDA web site finds the soils as 21B, Hillsboro loam with a Type B
soil.
A test pit approximately 40-inches deep was dug and pre-soaked the day before the infiltration
test. The soil was moist by no seeps of water noted and after the presoak the pit was dry. The
soil was brown silty clay loam. Existing roof drains are connected to an undefined underground
system and there is an operating on-site septic system.

Three one hour successive tests were conducted with the results of the final, third test reported
below. The test was conducted January 28, 2016.

Conclusion:
No site specific redevelopment of this site is available at this time. A safety factor of two (2)
should be used in sizing an on-site storm facility. The facility need to be at least 5-from property
lines and 10-feet from building foundations. A UIC permit is required from the DEQ if other than
roof water is going to be allowed to enter the facility. On-site disposal of storm water is
feasible.
