Gentlemen:
This letter is to express my intent to dedicate to the
public, and construct a street with 30 ' right-of-way
width through 'rax 'Lot 2000, Map 1S1 36Cu when development
of apartrnents commences. The street will begin at S.;a.
Duvall Street, across my property to the western most
boundary with alignment to S.W. 79th Street. Alignment
details of ttre roadway will ue subject to the approval of
the City of Tigard.
Street construction will be to the City of Tigard standards
with a minimum. of 34 ' of asphaltic pavement and will include
curbs on both sides of the roadway.
