Gentlemen: At the end of 94th Avenue and in front of said building site, there is a portion that has apparently been dedicated a for a "cul-de-gac" , (which does not exist in actuality). The s radius or curve of "cul-de-sac" or "turn around" extends approx- imately fourteen feet from original front property line. As a result of this situation it is impossible to construct a home on said lot with the existing zoning restrictions. 'Therefore, we are seeking information and a way that the "cul-de--sac" may be abandoned. Also, under the new zoning regulations recently adopted, said lot does not have the required square footage necessary to accommodate a single family dwelling.
