Upon investigation it was determined that the freestanding sign in question is not in compliance with the City of Tigard Sign Code. In F(ibruary, 1.989 you signed a voluntary compliance agreement staL.Lng that you would bring the existing nonconforming freestanding sign into compliance upon completion of the reconstruction of SW Pacific Highway of the State of Oregon Department of Transportation. This highway reconstruction is now complete. Therefore, the nonconforming status of this freestanding sign shall now addressed. The current allowable sign area is 70 square feet ger sign face ( 140 square feet for all sign faces combined) . This area may be increased up to 90 square feet per sign face ( 180 st,uaare feet for all sign faces combined) as allowed through Secti.cm 18.114.130 (C; (I) (a) (iii) (1) (Area Increase) of the Coaanunity Development (:}ode. The allowable sign height- is a maximum of 20 feet in the General Coimnercial zone.
