3 . Site Information and Proposal Description
There is a 1,560 square foot home on the property. The applicant
is proposing to use 1.56 square feet for the business . The
applicant and his family will occupy the remainder of the home.
The business use as proposed by the applicant will not occupy more
than 2.5% of the hu me.

The proposal., meets the provisions set, forth in Chapter 18.142 of the
Tigard Municipal Code.

Home Occupation Permit HOP 8-85 is approved subject to the following
conditions:
