1 . Background
No previous applications have been reviewed by the Planning
Department on this property .
2. Vicinity Information
The surrounding property is all zoned R--4 ti (Single Fami.l.y
Residential).
3. Site Information and Proposal Description
Thorp is a 2, 100 square foot home on the property. The applicant
is proposing to use 1.40 4quar•e feet for the business. The
applicant and his family will occupy the remainder of the home.
The business use will be limited to less than 25% of the home.
4. Agency and NPO Comments
None.
8. ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION
The proposal appears to be in conformance with the prvii.sions set, forth
in Chapter 18. 142 of the Tigard Municipal Code.
C. DECISION
Home Occupation Permit HOP 3-85 is approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. There shall be no people working in the home in conjunction with
the business who are not residents of the home.

6. This approval is valid if exer;:ized within one year, of the final.
decision date noted below.
