DECISION; Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for the City of
Tigard has approved the above described application subject to certain
conditions. The findings and conclusions on which the ;)irector based his

1 . Background
No previous applications have been reviecaed by the Planning Division
regarding this property .
2. Vicinity Information
R-4.5 surrounds the pruperty on all ��ides. Development in the general
area is strictly single famil residential with development patterns
determined by several small sur visions which ens.{ in cul--de- sacs .
3 . Site Information and Proposal r•iption
There is currently a single family residence located on the front
portion of this lot. The applicants are proposing to build a 192
square foot lawn and garden equipment shed on the rear half of the
lot. The accessory structure will be set away from the side property i
line by 10 feet and the rear property line by 22 feet. The shed will
not contain any electrical or plumbing hook--ups .
4. Agency and NPO Comments
The Building Division reviewed the proposal and xt.ated that a building
per-mit will be required fr-r the shed.
No other comments were received regarding this proposal .
