The properties are in the process of a lot line adjustment (MIS90-- 0014) and a minor land partition (MLP90-0017) . WCTM 1S134DC Tax lots 3600/3602. Mr. Olsen asked if there would be any consideration of participation in a public_ sewer on the properties, because the property had granted two easements for public sewer to cross it. Per USA, the Agency had paid for one of the easements, and would not recognize participation. Mr. Ol.sen's proposed subdivision included the extension of a public sewer to serve the new lots. The extension of a public sewer is a form of participation and would cause the properties NOT to be subject to a "Facilities Development Fee".
