On July 21, 1.987, you inquired ns tn the cost for permits to connect the above
referenced property to the public sanitary sewer system.
After researching the City Records, I found that tax lots of at area equal to
or greater than the acreage in the area of the above property, was assessed
for the Derry Doll*Sewer JG,ii.p. Therefore, I would. surmise that the propmrty
had been assessed for 4tbe sewer main and would not be subject to a $3000.00
system development charge.
The property would, however, be required to pay the current permit fee of
11,1.35.00 for a single family dwelling.
