attention has been paid to buffering the site and
screening parking from the units .
A drainage plan should be submitted for building
department: review prior to issuance of a building permit .
As per City Council rand i t i.on r 1 , 1.0 feet should be
dedicated along S . V . 98th . This street is also in
deteriorating; condition and will be in need of
improvement .
Staff Recommendations :
Staff recommends approve as F�ubmitted subject to the
following conditi ons :
