LATZSCAPE BOND
As per our conversation of September 13, 1976 the following
items must be completed satisfactorily before the landscape bond
can be released.
1. Arborvitae (orphotina) must be planted at 3-4'
intervals so as to screen units 4, 5, and 6
from the neighboring development.
2. Several lawn areas need to be reseeded and weeded.
This weed.ind should be done by hend or by the
use of a weed killer formulated for new lawns.
3. 1Jnits 11.467, 11469, 11471, 11473 and 11483 are
without plant materials i.n the front yard area.
These units need the addition of ornamental shrubs,
especially by the front doors and along the
foundation.
4. Arborvitae on the north lot line are presently
choked by weeds, this area should be weeded and
Arborvitae checked to soe that they are 3' o.c.
and in healthy condition.
5. A large number of plants are in poor condition and
should receive a low nitrogen root stimulant.
6. Two dying pine by unit 11479 be replaced
7. Plum trees be staked
