Here is an overview of the items we discussed
1) The subject residence appears io be located on Lot 3, not Lot 4 as the legal description
indicnteE. This was verified by a neighbor.
2)Because of the second storey addition, the appraiser requires a whole home inspection
3) The access to property is on a private gravel easement that was to be paved by the
builder. The paving has not been completed and there could be some liability to the
property owner from the City of Tigard
4) Appraiser was unable to verify that the easement is deeded as„-ss from 97th Avenue

contact with Darwin when you give me the go-ahead on the loan in regards to title We
can still make this happen!

This section of driveway is pm-existing and the ity will not require paving, therefore, no
liability will be required of the owner or subsequent owners.
