received by this department. Sane portions of the fence abutting the
residential zone are down or appear to be in need of repair. The City of
Ti.gard's Zoning Ordinance recpjires that all apartments shall have a sigh
obscuring fence to screen all the parking area from the residential areas.
The penalty for this violation can reach $250.00 per day. If there is any
reason why this repair cannot be made by 3-1-88 contact me.
