Improvements along SW Creenburg and SW 91st Avenue frontage, construction of

Therefore, the three lots constitute a zoning violation. No building permits
will be Issued for any of these properties until the cc,nditions of approval

Please contact Reith Liden or myself so we may work to resolve this problem.

usual procedure is to require compliance prior tc recording the partition
rather then issuance of building permits as stated. As I ind!csted to you on
the phone earlier, th,r City will honor tie terse of the decision As mitten
and the toning violation hao been removed.
To date, Ccaditians 7, 8, and 10 have been satisfied The City will require
compliance with Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, S, 6, and 9 prior to the issuance of
any Building Peraits on any of the three parceis. Street improvement
obligations include the frontage of all three parcels.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have Any questions or
need further information, please contact ■e.
