The wog k done consisted of an electrical service change by Winners Electric under perm' ELC98-0180. Inspection was requested for and made on April 16, 1998. A correctic r was left at the job site ac.Jressinn clearance violations and Winners Electric was no' ` d 0 , same day. After several phone cor►✓ersations with Winners Electric, still no effort ha: o made to correct the problem. The house is a rental, owned by Michael Hoffman, phone number (503) 827-4501. The tenant is Merry Callahan. Her business number is (503) 639-3685. Winners Electric address is 5950 SW Prosperity Pk, Tualatin, OR 97062, (503) 638-5028. The last conversation was with Mr. Hoffman, as Winners Electric will no longer return phone calls. Mr. Hoffman is personal friends with the electrician who made the installation and is not very coops•rative.
