I have reviewed the location of our underground electric lines
in relation to the proposed construction of a retaining wall
abutting the sidewalk along the SW Bond Street side of 15855 SW
80th Avenue (Lot 71 , Bond Park) . Based upon Mrs. Pasley's descrip-
tion of the wall's height and width, the construction of this wall
on the utility easement will not affect the maintenance or access
to PGE's facilities. Therefore, PCE has no objections to the
construction of this retaining wall.
