1. Structure required to be Type throughout due to area, height,
occupancy, Fire Zone.
2. One-hour fire resistance ratinq required for all interior -onstruction,
3. All living units required to be completely separated by one-hour fire resistive construction.
4. Exit corridors require separation from any other area by one-hour fire resistive construction.

recommendation for approval means that the project was
ap� :oved as submittea wiLhout being subjected to review
by the Design Review Board .
Included in the design review submission was the standard
Elmer' s pale sigi, as well as the building mounted sign.
The descriptive information regarding the signing included
scaled bliielinu. drawings , building elevation, color
pictures and a color board. Based on the foregoing,
there should be no problein in obtaining the sign permit .
