The building is Northwest Action, 13400 S.W. Pacific Highway, Tigard. The building is an L-3 occupancy (auto repair) in a Type V N unfinished construction (frame) building. The following are deficiencies in the construction: 1. The building :ihould be of one hour construction, on the, outside walls, because it is within 13 feet of one property line and i9 within 8 feet of the house. (Based on UBS: Table No. 5-A using Fire Zone 3, the building in reality is in Fire 2-)ne 1) . 2. The: furnace should ba in 1 hour enclosure or be located a minimum of 7 feet off the floor. I again would ask the prevention of these difficulties and that before start o£ construction I be notified to check over the plans.
