While "boarding" up the building will satisfy the Ci�y Ordinances, it has not eliminated the problem. Each time the property becomes a nuisance, the City will require the problem be eliminated. This will become a burdensome and costly proposition for both parties. It would seem appropriate to consider a more permanent solution. A second problem with the property has also been brought to nay attention. The bushes and weeds along the property fronting on Pacific Highway have become so overgrown they cause a serious traffic vision problem for adjacent properties. It will require austantial cutting or removal of the overgrowth to provide safe traffic passage within this area. Your immediate attention to these matters will be appreciated.
