Subject: Surface reconnaissance, at the two law level plots,
to establish foundation de=inn Fnr Renidrntial. struc-
tures.
The two plots are situated in a line of Lots Ivor. 1 through 79
,:•tending westward off S. W . Walnut Street. Six Residences have
been constructed along new Pathfinder Court, on foundations
well above the small cree►• that meanders to the rear (north) of
the properties.
Lots 5 6 6 both pcfsess substantial sloping drop-off, from the
street edge to lowland flat, traversed by a water channel ,
tributary to Fanno Creuk, From street elevation of 174 Feet
down t•, 462 Feet: in twenty Feet horizontal distance. The lower
elevation is 2 to 3 Feet above the existing water- „hannel , flow-
ing SW tr NE, and normally 3 to S feet in width and 1 to 3 `eet
deep, at elevation 156 Ft. * . Ground water level in the ar-va
is at shallow depth, influenced by the channel that Flows all
yr-a-.
YOLO Subdivision lines and grades were set by registered surveyor,
W. Caswell . ProFessional Engineer R. A . Wright made spa study of
the creek Flow and established the high wate-.r Flood Elevation
at 152 Feet. Uesigsl of Loth two-Floor structures to be conytr•ucted
entails lower level at elevation 164 Fejt; upper main Floor at
174 Feet, meeting the street at 172 feet.
