The above referenced 1•)t may not be used or developed until the City has
approved a site developmt.. . plan, and any activity being done on this lot is
in violation of the Tigard Municipal Code 18.120.
The condition and current use of your property is in violation due to the
presence of Noxious Vegetation, (TMC 7.40.020), and the lack of a Site
Development Review .►pproval to operate a used car lot, (TMC 1$.120), both of
which are considered Violations by the Tigard Municipal Code, with the maximum
penalty not to exceed $10000 per day per offen9e for each day during which
the violation cortinues.
Your immediate actentiun to these ;natters would be greatly appreciated, as my
office has received complaints on a daily basis concerning the sale of used
care on this lot, the pro�)lems caused by potential buyers who trespass onto
ad;oining land to gain access to your property, therefor, I am asking you to
abate this problem immediately.
