This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the 1985 editions
of the Fire and Life Safety Cede (UBC), Mechanical Fire and Life Safety Code
(UMC), Uniform Fire Code (UF(.) , and other local. ordinances and regulations.
Plans are approved subject to the following items:
1. Automatic Fire Protection Equipment: Automatic fire protec_ion
equipment plans, for the 2 hoods, shall be submitted to thi,.,
department in not less than 3 copies for review and approval prior to
installation,

any new framing elements following the installation of all utility
runs which will be concealed within wall and partition cavities; (h)

SUBJECT: Accessory structure in Tigard Plaza
The proposed accessory structure in the southwestern portion of Tigard Plaza
will not require a review by the Planning Department. The structure will
remove two parking spaces but a review of the relevant City case file (SPR
2-76) indicates that approximately 280 parking spaces are required and 325
spaces are provided.
Although such an addition does not appear to be advisable, the proposed
structure is consistent with the Community Development Code.
