" The respons-Lhilit; for g repair and maintenance of the common areas as herein defined shall be borne and paid by the various parcels in the ratio that the floor area of the buildings on each parcel bears to v the sum of the floor areas of all of the buildings on all parcels ( i.e. , buildings A, B, D & E) .
