This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Fire and Life Safety Code (UBC) ,
Mecha-,ical Fire and Life Safety Code (UMC) , Uniform Fire Code
(UFC , and other local ordinances and regulations.

2 . Waste Storage: Commercial dumpsters and containers with
an individual capacity of 1 . 5 cubic yards or greater shall
not be stored or placed within 5-feet of combustible wall
openings or combustible roof/eave lines. For areas
containing dumpsters or containers prote--ted by approved
automatic sprinkler systems, the above may be waived. UFC
Sec. 11. 201 (d)
3 . Final Approval_ Final approval of plans shall be gained
through final inspections by the Fire Department,
Washington County Electrical Inspector, and City of Tigard
Field Inspector,. All finals will be coordinated through
City of Tigard Field Inspector, Tom Pl.esher.
4 . Approved Plans on Job Site: One set of approved plans
bearing the stamps of the building department issuing the
construction permit and this office must be maintained on
the project site throughout all phases of construction and
must be made available to building and fire inspectors for
reference during required construction inspections. UBC

5. Required Occupancy Certificate Prior to the use and
occupancy of the project (space) , a certificate of
occupancy or other written instrument of approval must be
obtained from the building department issuing the
construction permit. UBC Sec. 307

I am writing in regards to a drainage problem at the property you
own at 11564 SW Pacific Hwy. I informed your tenant of the
problem on September 6, 1991. I have talked with him since that
date and he stated that lie has informed you of the problem.
Chapter 14 of the Uniform Plumbing Code prohibits water from one
building to drain onto another property. Your down spouts are not
hooked up to an adequate storm drain and your guttevo need to be
replaced. This must be corrected within 30 days from the date of
this letter. Failure to do so could result in a civil infraction
and possible fine.
