The issuance of . permit to place fill/grade on a property are subject to (bud not limited to) the following: o Prior to the placement of any fill/grade, all required erosion control methods shall be in place. This Includes: - Installation of a gravel driveway. Clean or replace as needed to clear of dirt. installation of a silt barrier. The silt: barrier shall remain in place until the fill area has been provided with permanent ground cover (i.e, Bark dust, grass, or other landscaping) . NOTE: the silt barrier must be countersunk into the ground. o Streets shall be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times. This includes: - Removing dirt and aebris by use of shovel, scoop or similar mechanical means immediately after being dropped onto street. Sweeping the street as required to keep them clean. -- Washing of streets shall not be permitted unless the storm drain inlets are protected with a filter system. o During dry periods, duet control shall be provided. o No fill shall be placed so as to change direction, block or hinder the natural drainage from ad3acent property. o The elope of any fill shall not exceed 2 horizontal to 1 vertical. o In order to place a structure on any '-ill, a report prepared by a qualified individual (i.e, Registered Soil Engineer), that confirms the soil bearing capability shall be submitted to the Building Division. o The City shall be contacted for an inspection of: - The erosion control prior to at-art of fill. - The completed fill, after final grading. - The completed permanent erosion control neasures (i.e, seeding, ground covering, barkdust, landscapinq, etc. ) . - As otherwise specified. o No work shall be done in a 100 year flood plain, wetland or other sensitive lands without specific approval and permits. 1 w
