Pau]. Etchemendy, 13255 S. 11. 332nd Aveoue , Tirard, OR,
owner of Tax Lot 501, Tax Map 2514 ,
is participating in the cost of installation of the
sanitary sewer main in S W. 132nd Avenue, a part of
the off-site irnrovement. of Benchview Estates sub-
division. It is understood Mr. Etchemendy
will be assessed a connection fee when he connects to
the main, but will not be required to pay any other
fees, charges or assessments. The connection fee is
currently approximately $960.00.
