In a letter of March 5, 1987, you were notified that the above referenced
property under your control had not properly or legally connected to the
public Sanitary Sewer System.
The following is required to be completed:
1) Pay the following fee:
a) Permit 095.00 (incivaes 4360.00 Amart/Wedgewood surcharge.)
b) In lieu of assessment charge $3,000.00 (unless proof is shown that
the property has participated in a public sanitary sewer extension) .
2) A recorded joint access agreement With the Greenfield Village Apartment to
connect into the private sanitary main on the apartment property.
3) A recorded easement for running the building sewer onto the apartment
property.
4) The connection of the house to the main line roust be verified as legal by
the City.
5) The abandoned septic tank must be pumped out and filled in with asnd or
gravel and inspected by the City.
The above shall be completed within Five (5) days of receipt of this letter or
legal action will be taken against you.

Dear Mr. Azman:
A problem arose with the septic system serving your residence during the
construction of the Greenfield Village Apartments project surrounding your
property.
The drainfield for your system is on the Greenfield property, and has been
disturbed by the construction of the apartments, which poses a health problem.
Since there is no public sewer facility to your property, the only reasonable
altPrnative wag to connect to the private syster serving the Greenfield
Village property. It is my understanding that this has been done.
There are, however, several items which need to be done to make the connection
legal:
1. A joint access agreement between Walter West Construftion (owner of the
Gre !nfield Village Apartments) and yourself, which specifies Walter West
Construction has granted permission to connect your residence to the
private sanitary line on the Greenfield Village property; an easement for
running your sewer line across the Greenfield Village property to the
private sanitary main; a legal description of the properties and easement
(prepared by a registered professional land surveyor) submitted to the.
City for approval.
2. A sewer connection permit must be paid for the connection of your
residence to the sewer system (available through the City Building
Department) . The connection fees are:
