Dear Sirs :
Since I will be out of town for the next ten days and have
been unable to contact the inspector for Greenfield Village
,do personally, I am writing you . If you couid forward tris
letter to him I would appreciate it . Since I do not have tr,e
gentieman ' !s name, 1 will depend upon You to get it to the
proper hands .
All the items requested in the final inspection have been
accomplished . The holes have been patched around the pipes
in the store room, the final electrical and plumbinS
inspections have been made, and exit signs have been
provided . Before your inspection I had been in touch with
the Fire Marshall regarding the need for exit signs and
whether or not, they needed to be lighted . He informed us
that if the or .:upancy wes 300 and over , it would need lighted
exit signs and if it was 50-299 then placards were required .
My understanding is tl-.st the dividing wall between the
recreation room and axercise room is what makes the
difference since ear_;h room has it ' s own exit . The gentleman
I talked to regard ng this is Gene Birchill . His number If
you wish to talk to him is 649-6577 .
: f this is acceptable, please so ahead and scheduie the final
inspection .
'hank you very muck for your assistance .
Sincereiy ,
Marvin Crone
