Dear Mr. Roy Brown:
This is to verify, per your request that:
1. Ea--h lot will be situated with access to an asphalt surface road
which has right-of-way and necessary and adequate drainage structures,
together with means(by Washington County) for operation and maint-
enance.
2. Said subdivision, where necessary, will have drainage structures and
fill designed to prevent flooding as required by the City of Tigard,
Oregon.
3. A municipality owned disposal system is available for connection
thereto, by the purchaser to each lot at the time of sale or
lease, meeting the requirements of the Enviromiental. Quality Com-
cr scion, with capacity to serve all lots in the subdivision.
I hope this letter clarifies the matter for you, regarding documentation/
verification required to be submitted to the State Real Estate Division by
each subdivider.

Dear Mr. Brown:
Please be advised that the Tigard Planning Commission approved your
preliminary plat request for the above referenced project.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. That the occupants of Studio Estates be permitted to use the Summer_leld
facilities.
2. That if at any time the Kreick property (Tax Lot 7400) is developed, a
condition of that development_ shall he t' at a single joint access be
provided for both Studio Estates (Tax Lot 14200) and Tax Lot 7400 onto
Durham Road opposite S.W. 92nd Avenue - and until this development takes
place, that Studio Estates be. allowed a single direct access onto Durham
Road.
3. No occupancy permits shall be issued until all conditions placed upon
this development by the City of Tigard have been satisfied and inspections
verifying this have been carried out by the appropriate department.

4. No change.: will be made to approved plans or specifications unless '_ormal
application is made to the appropriate City department and changes arra
approved by that department. Application for changes will be made in
writing and shall include applicable drawings.

5, Construction plans on all public right-of-ways shall be submitted and
1 approved by the Public Works Director prior to commencement of work.
6. Public water service and sanitary service shall be installed to this
site prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
