DESCRIPTION
• The ADT 5050 SerieF non-coded fire alarm stations
provide an attractive, easy to identify means for
manually initiating a fire alarm signal. Con-
structed of high impact textured red Lexan,the low
profile design complements most architectual styles
while meeting code requirements.
The recessed operating levers are designed to elimi- Non-Coded

1991 editions of the Uniform Fine Code (UFC) and those sections
of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and Uniform Mechanical Code

This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based
on the 1991 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and
those sections of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and
Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) specifically referencing
the fire department, and other .local ordinances and
regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to Tigard
Building Department requirements and the following
items.
1 . The tenant space number must be prominently
displayed en the street front where it is readily
visible to drivers and officers of responding fire
apparatus and other emergency vehicles. UFC Sec.
10 .208
2 . Noz less than one (1) approved fire
ext=inguisher(s) with a rating of not less than (*)

floor area or fraction thereof. The travel
distance to an extinguisher from any portion of
