Dear Brad:
As yott know, with the development of this subdivision came the demolition of two
extremely old homes which existed on site. The purpose of this letter is to explain and confirm
for you the removal of the septic tanks.

The home. at IOd00 SW,Durham Rd. was about 80 years old. The septic pit was located
when ,Skylight Homes ercavatrd for their new home on Lot #2. The septic tank was concrete
and completely dry. Skyugh, Home's excavator removed the entire septic tank in a crumbled
pile and it was hauled to r deposition site.
My excavator, Henriksen Construction, came across th• septic tank for the old shack off
of Riverwood Lane when excavating for the phase 2 streets. This tank was also hand dug
concrete and virtually dry. Henriksen removed it completely because the grade has been lowered
about 7 feet in this area. This old tank was hauled to a disposal site along with the rest of the
demolition material.
