In the matter of the Seven thousand dollars ($7, 000. 00) Agreement
with Depositor and Trustee on Savings or Deposit (Saving Acct #207-
4700-507) between Pacific Realty Associates, L.P. and U.S. National
Bank of Oregon (Tower Branch) and the City of Tigard, Oregon, this
is to serve as a letter of authorization to allow said bark to
release to Pacific Realty Associates, L.P. all of the deposit
entrusted to said bank. All work required to be performed under
the terms of the aforesaid permit having now been satisfactorily
completed.

AGREEMI-NT WITH DEPOSITOR AND TRU. TEE ON SAVINGS OR DEPOSITS
This agreement is for the puriose of fulfilling the requirements of Street
Opening Permi t # dated $– V4, -- 1989 between the
CITY OF TIGARD and PACIFIC REALTY ASSOCIATES, L.P. , and is entered into by
PACIFIC REALTY ASSOCIATES, L.P. ("Depositor") and U.S. NATIONAL BANK OF
OREGON ("Trustee") .
The undersigned Depositor and Trustee do hereby assign the right to the
CITY OF TIGARu to determine at its discretion the payment of all funds
held by TRUSTEE in the amount of $7,000.00 in Savings Account No.
207-4700-507 in the Tower Branch of TRUSTEE in accordance with and for the
purpose of bonding public improvements described in the above stated
Street Opening Permit
It is understood and agreed that Trustee will hold such funds or
securities in the amount stated move until an authorization or direction
for payment is received from the CITY OF TIGARD and that the CITY OF
TIGARD has the right to withdraw principal funds with CITY OF TIGARD
signature only, in the event of non-performance.
All fund deposits shall be renewable at maturity and at rates and terms in
effect at the time of renewal , and all interest shall be paid to or
accrue] as directed by the Depositor notwithstanding anything contained
herein to the contrary.
That the account is to remain open until such time as all public
improvements under the above stated Street Opening Permit are co,iipleted
and accepted by the CITY OF TIGARD.
