Our law firm is in the process of negotiating and otherwise discussing sewer connection fees charged for this type of structure with the Unified Sewerage Agency. These negotiations are continuing ; however , it is necessary to now apply for and otherwise connect Building No . 14 to the Unified Sewerage Agency system. While it is desirous to conclude negotiations without litigation, the Oregcn Office Industrial Park does not waive , modify or in any manner limit itp right to contest the ordinances of the Unified Sewerage Agency which set forth connection charges by applying and paying the connection charge for Building No. 14 . Building No . 14 has an interior floor space of 24 , 276 square feet . Dividing this by 1 , 500 square feet , Building No . 14 has 16. 184 dwelling units . Multiplying this by $600. 00 , the connec- tion fee under this method of computation is $9 , 710 . 40 . Building No. 14 is situated on 1 . 577 acres . Dividing this figure by one-quarter acres , Building No . 14 has 6 . 3 dwelling units which multiplied by $600.00 equals $3 , 784. 00. Building No. 14 has the equivalent of 7U tixture units anct dividing by lb equals 4. 375 dwelling units . Multiplyin this sum by $600 . 00 would result in a connection charge of 2 , 625 . 00.
