When representatives of the Industrial Park were 3 �cently in the City obtaining connection permits foz two buildings , they were informed that no more connection permits would be issued by the City of Tigard for individual buildings and that the entire Industrial Park would have to be connected to the Unified. Sewerage Agency. This statement which requires connection of the entire Industrial Park is contrary to the understanding that I had with Unified Sewerage Agency , as well as the applicable ordinances of the Unified Sewerage Agency . This change is consistent with the general philosophy of utilization of connection charges for major capital facilities , such as plant and interceptors ; and the design basis of average densities applied to land area .
