Plans are approved as submitted subject to the following items: 1. Fire Resistive Construction: Due to location on property line, the south wall of tae new addition shall be riot less than 1-1tour fire resistive construction. As far as this Plans Examiner can determine, it appears that this requirement has been complied with.
