Because I was not in the area at the time the building permit was needed, I asked fir. Caragol to buy the permits and I would rr_—imburss him. He did not know the actual total value on th:) building project, as his company is a sub—contractor on the job, so he used a, old estimate we had talked about, which was considnrnbly highor than the actual figures.
