CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 81-_0 A RESOLUTION OF T.11E TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SA141TARY SEWER IMPROVE- HENTS KNOWN AS THE SCHRAIC; SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, GENERALLY LOCATED :'EAR SW HALL BOULEVARD AND SW BURNHAM AVENUE. ,VHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreewent, dated January 8, 1979, with Schramm Plastic Fabricators, Incorporated, to install a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances thereto, to serve a residential subdivision, to specified standards; and W11EREAS, the City Council tentatively accepted the aforsaid improvements, via Resolution 1179-95, subject to the normal one y-ar guarantee period; and WHEREAS, a main_enance bond has been on file as required by said agreement, ensuring; continued maintenance of the work throughouC Che one year guarantee period; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has issued certification that the specified terms and conditions of said agreement and bond have now been satistactorily completed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the t.ity of Tigard, Oregon, hereby accepts the public main line unitary sewer improvements known as the Schramm Sanitary Sewer Exrension; AND FURTHEI:r the City Council herein authorizes release of the aforsaid maintenance bond.
