Gentlemen:
Please accept this letter as our agreement with the City of Tigard to
connect the existing sewer pumping station in our development to the
proposed sanitary gravity flow sewer within 90 days of notification
that the system is available for hook up. Our system was installed to
accomodate removal of pumps and use of pump manhole to provide gravity
flow to the northwest corner of our property.
Thank you.
