Section 7: That the City Administrator, subject to the legal approval of the City Attorney, shall obtain on behalf of the City full ownership of said "Chamberlain Sewer Extension" together with all easements and grants necessary to the continued use thereof in the name of the City of Tigard and to extinguish all ownership and proprietary interest: of private parties, and upon completion of transfer to the City, the same shall be for all intents and purposes a part of the City's sewage collection system, sut,ject to the terms and provisions t•eroof.
