WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires subdividers to in- stall streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, underground utilities and other public_ facilities for the development of subdivisions; and WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and the execution of a Compliance AgreeL:ent which stipulates that: "Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Works that all requirements have been met and a One Year Mainte-iance Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements, subject to the requirements for correction of deficiencies and maintenance for a period of one year. . . ;" and WHEREAS said Ce P rtification has now been received; a.- . 6 WHEREAS, an acceptable Bond has been in effect for the aforsaid mainte- nance period; and c.
