Mr Upon completion of the installation of the monument boxes, City ;caff will process final acceptance documentation to the City Council which, in turn, will enable the full balance of the project bond to be released. In the meantime, should you desire a partial release of existing performance assurance monies, such could be done considering that we are holding an obviosly excessive amount. Provided that final inspection and applicant for occupancy permit, occurs within any calendar month from October to April of any year, such plantings may be deferred until the next following growing season. In any event, all landscaping and trees in all areas shall be planted and in place within the entire subdivision within three (3) years from the date of this subdivision improvement contract.
