The site is zoned and designated "Urban Low Density" R-7 on the NPO 41 Plan. 2. The applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel into 6 lots in conformance with Sections 18.4"0.020(2) and 17.06.015 of the Tigard Municipal Code. Immediately west adjacent to the site is a tire warehouse and retail store. 4. Sever and water set-vices are available off SW McDonald and SW 104th. 5.
