Following City approval, the map and legal descriptions are recorded with Washin%,:_,r► County, As noted by the Engineering Div:s,on arid the respondinq utility companies, conflicts may result in relation to the loca' ton of utility services and driveway locations . Final partition maps and lec3,„ descriptions submitted for City review should include information regarding the precise location of existing utilities and driveways, A certification from an engineer should be providers which indicates that the adjustment will not adversely affect existing utilities or else that the utilities will be relorated to the satisfaction of the utility companies involved.
