Dear Mr. Burk.:
We have reviewed the preliminar-, sketch for your proposed house on
SW 93rd. The infringement of ttie buileing into the setback area appears
to be minimal. We discussed your proposal with the Building Department.
They have informed us that if the access drive to the house is off of
SW 93rd and if an easement of thirty (.:0') feet is maintained from
the intersection of SW View Terrace ane SW 93rd, a variance will not be
necessary. I have enclosed a mkp which should clarify the above.
A complete set of plans must be submitt3d before the issuance of any
permits. We see no problem with issuir; permits for your proposal
the way it is presented here.
