T apologize for the misunderstanding involving the
final inspection of 12/ 19/90 that was not a final but a
plumbing final . All of the issues listed in the final
inspection done in June ' 91 have been addressed . Enclosed
are letters regarding the cantilevered deck , the garage
floor and the finish grade . I trust you will find them
satisfactory .
This home is identical to a home now under
construction at 7063 S.W. Locust , Permit 090-0324 . To the
best of my knowledge all ' nspections have been done and
passed on it as well .

Gentlemen ,
The purpose of this r is to execute an agreement
obligating the present owu and succeeding owners to
accept responsibility for maintenance of existing erosion
control measures and installation of final landscaping
which will meet grading requirements of the City of Tigard .
Execution of this agreement is intended to allow the
City building inspector to issue final inspection approval
while obligating the owner to comply with the erosion
control requirements.
The undersigned owners agree to the following
conditions :
1 . To provide a copy of this agreement to prospective
buyers of the property ;
2 . To maintain the existing erosion control measures .
3 . To re-establish vegetation or landscape by
September 1 , 1991 according to the requirements of the
City . Specifically , grades shall be maintained at
no greater than 2 to 1
This agreement shall be specifically enforceable under
the laws of the state of Oregon and shall be binding upon
your successors and assigns .
Noncompliance with the above agreement will be
resolved as provided by City Code , including referral to
the Ccue Hearings Officer who is empowered to bring legal
action on behalf of the City .
Any modification to this agreement shall require the
written consent of the City .
To acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of
this agreement , please sign in the space provided below and
